Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Legal Counsel to join the Chopard legal team and provide legal advice and services on a variety of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, and the ability to provide practical and effective advice. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice and services on a variety of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents.
  4. Provide guidance and support on legal matters to the Chopard legal team.
  5. Research, analyze, and interpret legal documents and procedures.
  6. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Advise internal teams on legal risks and best practices.
  8. Keep abreast of developments in the field of corporate and commercial law.
  9. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
