
Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience
We are seeking an upbeat and passionate Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience to join our Chick-fil-A family! Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take guests’ orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Respond to guests’ inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist other team members in completing tasks as needed.
- Remain up-to-date on Chick-fil-A products and services.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking of food items.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
