Job Description

We are seeking an upbeat and passionate Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience to join our Chick-fil-A family! If you possess a genuine desire to serve others and have a strong work ethic, we want you to be a part of our team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a friendly, outgoing attitude. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenges of a rewarding career in the hospitality and guest experience industry. Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to work in a team environment• Strong customer service skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Passion for customer service and creating a positive guest experience• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take guests’ orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Prepare food items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  4. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
  7. Respond to guests’ inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Assist other team members in completing tasks as needed.
  9. Remain up-to-date on Chick-fil-A products and services.
  10. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking of food items.
  11. Follow all health and safety regulations.
  12. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
