
Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience
At Chick-fil-A, we are looking for a passionate and friendly Team Member to join our Hospitality and Guest Experience team. The candidate must also be a team player, willing to work with fellow team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications:- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment- Ability to stay professional and courteous in all interactions- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience preferred
