At Chick-fil-A, we are looking for a passionate and friendly Team Member to join our Hospitality and Guest Experience team. We value our guests and strive to provide them with the best experience possible. The ideal candidate will be a customer service oriented individual with the ability to provide excellent service to each and every guest.The successful Team Member should possess a friendly and professional demeanor, have positive energy, and be passionate about making every guest feel welcomed and at ease. The candidate must also be a team player, willing to work with fellow team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications:- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment- Ability to stay professional and courteous in all interactions- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  2. Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and friendly service.
  5. Assist with food preparation and presentation.
  6. Follow health and safety regulations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
