At Chick-fil-A, we are looking to add a Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience to our team! This role is critical to creating a warm, welcoming environment for all of our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Ability to stand for extended periods of time• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in a professional and courteous manner• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructionsIf you have the qualifications, enthusiasm and dedication to ensure our guests have a great experience every time they visit Chick-fil-A, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner and ensure their experience is positive and memorable.
  2. Monitor guests' satisfaction levels and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized dining area and kitchen.
  4. Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  5. Assist with taking orders, processing payments, and preparing food items.
  6. Stock and restock items as needed.
  7. Follow health and safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  8. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
