Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and loves working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to think on your feet. You should also possess a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to work hard. A basic understanding of hospitality operations and customer service best practices is a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Take orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
  4. Prepare food items according to company standards and serve customers in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  7. Assist in training new team members.
  8. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with team members and customers.
  9. Uphold the company’s values and standards to ensure a quality guest experience.
  10. Assist with other tasks or projects as needed.
