Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A and contribute to our commitment to providing excellent hospitality and guest experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service, a positive attitude, and the desire to make a difference in the lives of our guests every day.The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to always put our customers first. If you are a team player with the drive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  3. Take and accurately process guest orders.
  4. Uphold the highest standards of customer service.
  5. Assist with stocking and replenishing items as necessary.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Train and mentor new team members.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
  9. Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are followed correctly.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
