Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This position is vital to our team as you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality and guest experience for our customers. You will be the face of Chick-fil-A and ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times.To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly and welcoming personality, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be reliable, punctual, and organized. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with fellow team members. You must also have the ability to interact effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding hospitality and guest experience for customers.
2. Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A and ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times.

11. Clean and organize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
12. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
14. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
