We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience at Chick-fil-A. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. A successful candidate will be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and deliver on our commitment to provide a remarkable guest experience.The following qualifications are required:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively• A warm and engaging personality• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation guidelinesIf you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are looking for an opportunity to join a great team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Greet and serve guests in a hospitable, courteous, and efficient manner • Process payments accurately and efficiently • Provide guests with information on menu items • Prepare food items according to standard recipes • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed • Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies • Assist with cleaning and stocking of the restaurant • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Assist with special events and promotional activities
