Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Member who is passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences to join the team at Chick-fil-A! As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to providing superior customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and be able to handle the unexpected with grace and poise. Additionally, you must have the ability to work weekends and evenings.If you have a passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences, we would love for you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in taking orders, handling payments, and delivering food.
  3. Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to suggest menu items.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by listening to and addressing customer concerns.
  5. Ensure store is clean, stocked, and organized.
  6. Prepare food items according to recipes and instructions.
  7. Maintain food safety standards.
  8. Work weekends and evenings as needed.
  9. Assist with scheduling and training of new team members.
  10. Uphold company values and standards.
