We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member - Hospitality and Guest Experience to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilites:

  1. Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any complaints or issues that may arise.
  3. Ensure that guests’ orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Ensure food safety standards are met and followed.
  6. Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks.
  7. Assist with inventory control and restocking.
  8. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  9. Remain professional and courteous at all times.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
