Responsibilites:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any complaints or issues that may arise.
- Ensure that guests’ orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure food safety standards are met and followed.
- Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Remain professional and courteous at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
