Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A. As a Team Member – Hospitality and Guest Experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. To be successful in this role, you must possess outstanding customer service skills, an ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment, and an eagerness to learn. You should also be able to remain calm and courteous under pressure. If you have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and hospitality, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude

• Create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure a memorable experience

• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area

• Accept payments and process transactions according to established procedures

• Monitor guests’ needs and respond accordingly

• Remain calm and courteous under pressure

• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as taking orders, cleaning, stocking, etc.

• Participate in team-building activities and training sessions
