Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service • Assist with preparing and serving food items • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace • Follow food safety guidelines to maintain quality products • Restock shelves and coolers as needed • Take orders from customers and enter them into the point of sale system • Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management • Assist in training new team members • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
