Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
2. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards.
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Stock and organize food items in the kitchen and dining area.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
9. Handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
10. Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when necessary.
