Systems Analyst, Restaurant Financial Management

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Systems Analyst to join our Restaurant Financial Management team at Chick-fil-A. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency and a commitment to providing the best customer service experience possible. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and document user requirements and develop system specifications.
2. Design, develop, test, and implement databases and data models.
3. Develop and maintain database reports, dashboards, and queries.
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system and database issues.
5. Collaborate with the restaurant financial management team to ensure that their needs are met.
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
7. Develop and document procedures for system maintenance and usage.
8. Develop and adhere to best practices and standards for database development.
9. Assist in the development and deployment of new applications and technologies.
10. Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.
