Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data to identify and resolve technical issues related to Workday software and other HR software and databases.
2. Develop and implement efficient system solutions for various business processes.
3. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
4. Create technical documentation for system processes, user guides, training materials, and other resources.
5. Train users on system processes, functionality, and software.
6. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely customer service to users.
7. Prepare reports for management to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
