Supervisor, Receiving & Inventory

Chick-fil-A is seeking an organized and experienced Supervisor of Receiving & Inventory to join our team and help maintain our high standards of quality and service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful inventory management and the ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in inventory control and/or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting. A Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or supply-chain management is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
2. Oversee receiving and stocking activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
3. Develop and implement inventory control systems for tracking and managing product levels.
4. Monitor and report on inventory levels and discrepancies.
5. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure that inventory processes are followed correctly.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
7. Ensure that safety and sanitation standards are maintained in the inventory management area.
8. Monitor and analyze inventory costs and budgets.
9. Prepare and submit inventory reports on a regular basis.
10. Identify and implement measures to reduce inventory costs and improve efficiency.
