Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and diligent Sr. Systems Analyst - ViewPoint to join our growing team at Chick-fil-A. In this role, you will support the organization's ViewPoint ERP system and be responsible for leveraging your expertise to ensure the system remains optimized and functioning properly. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the ViewPoint ERP system and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues. If you are an experienced analyst with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the ViewPoint ERP system to ensure that it is functioning properly and optimally.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues related to the ViewPoint ERP system.
  3. Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of the ViewPoint ERP system.
  4. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Develop and document processes and procedures related to the ViewPoint ERP system.
  6. Train end users on the use of the ViewPoint ERP system.
  7. Analyze and interpret data from the ViewPoint ERP system.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the ViewPoint ERP system meets their needs.
  9. Provide reports to management on the performance of the ViewPoint ERP system.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners related to the ViewPoint ERP system.

Job Qualifications

  • Or Related Field

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • + Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis

  • Experienced In Software Development Life Cycles (Sdlc)

  • Experience In Developing And Maintaining Databases

  • Knowledge Of Software Architecture

  • Understanding Of Network Operations

  • Excellent Problem Solving And Communication Skills.
