Sr. Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer to join our team at Chick-fil-A. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/engineering• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices• Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification and quality systems• Working knowledge of quality assurance tools, including SPC, FMEA, and PPAP• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance systems and processes that adhere to ISO 9001 certification and quality standards.

• Design, document, and maintain product and process control plans.

• Monitor and analyze quality assurance metrics to identify and address any areas of improvement.

• Audit and inspect products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.

• Investigate product or process issues and determine root cause.

• Develop corrective action plans for quality issues.

• Train and mentor other engineers and quality assurance staff.

• Prepare and present reports on quality assurance metrics.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.
