Sr. Principal Design Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performing design team • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design projects meet business objectives • Lead design innovation initiatives to ensure Chick-fil-A is at the forefront of design excellence • Track and report on design performance metrics • Evaluate and select design tools and technologies • Identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the implementation of changes • Create and maintain design standards and processes • Mentor and coach design team members • Create and present design presentations to internal and external audiences
