Sr. Learning & Development Analyst

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning development are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
2. Design and create course material and instructional materials to support training initiatives.
3. Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective training solutions.
4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Evaluate the return on investment of learning and development initiatives.
6. Ensure training initiatives are in compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Develop and lead virtual and in-person training sessions.
8. Create and maintain a library of instructional materials and training resources.
9. Facilitate participant engagement during training sessions.
10. Track and report training performance metrics.
