
Sr. Leader Administrator
Chick-fil-A is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Leader Administrator to join our team and manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, setting high standards, and creating a positive work environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, as well as the ability to provide direction and guidance to staff. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff • Ability to implement and manage change • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations • Ability to work nights and weekends • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Chick-fil-A team, ensuring efficient customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to maximize team performance.
- Monitor progress of team members and provide guidance, feedback, and direction when needed.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that inspires team members to excel.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor team members in customer service and other job duties.
- Analyze customer feedback and take necessary actions to improve customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for staff meetings and other presentations.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
