We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Chick-fil-A team as our new Product Lead, Vertical Business Line Timekeeping. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful development and launch of our timekeeping products and will be a key player in our mission to revolutionize the restaurant industry.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives, a passion for timekeeping, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and bring innovative solutions to our timekeeping challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and launch timekeeping products to meet company objectives
  2. Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product roll-outs
  3. Utilize strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and deliver innovative solutions to timekeeping challenges
  4. Conduct research and market analysis to stay current on trends and competitive offerings
  5. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to drive product development
  6. Establish and monitor KPIs for product performance and customer satisfaction
  7. Manage product launch budget and timelines
  8. Develop product documentation and training materials
