
Knowledge Management Lead, Support Now
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Lead to join our Support Now team at Chick-fil-A. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive knowledge management system, ensuring that our team has the information they need to provide the best customer service possible. In order to succeed in this position, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think strategically in order to develop a knowledge management system that meets our needs. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management system that meets the needs of the Support Now team at Chick-fil-A.
- Develop and maintain databases of organizational knowledge and customer information.
- Ensure that the knowledge management system is up-to-date and accurate.
- Train and support team members in the use of the knowledge management system.
- Create and implement strategies for improving the knowledge management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the knowledge management system is meeting their needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management system.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans for implementing changes.
- Provide customer service assistance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
