Responsibilities of an Inventory and Demand Planning Analyst:

• Analyze customer data to identify trends in the market and develop new strategies to improve inventory and demand planning. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identify potential stock-outs and take appropriate action to prevent them. • Develop and implement demand forecasting models to identify future needs. • Analyze current inventory levels and determine the best action to maintain optimum levels. • Develop and manage inventory budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. • Utilize data analysis software to extract, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources. • Monitor inventory levels and demand planning activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Create and maintain accurate records and reports of inventory and demand planning activities. • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Provide training and support to other staff members on inventory and demand planning processes.
