Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Senior Specialist, Brand & Restaurant Recovery at Chick-fil-A. This individual should demonstrate a strong sense of customer service excellence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful resolution of customer support inquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing proactive support to manage customer relationships.In order to be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must have a positive and professional attitude, be able to think quickly and effectively on your feet, and have a deep commitment to customer service excellence.
