A successful Social Worker will also be able to work collaboratively with other disciplines and disciplines and be able to think critically to develop effective plans of care.The Social Worker must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Additionally, the Social Worker must have a valid license to practice social work in the state of North Dakota.Applicants must also demonstrate an ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and have a commitment to patient advocacy and quality care. The Social Worker should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
