RN - Heart and Lung Clinic

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Heart and Lung Clinic at CHI St. Alexius Health! This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative team providing comprehensive care to a wide variety of cardiac and pulmonary patients. The ideal candidate must be passionate about patient care, have a positive attitude, and possess strong clinical skills.This position requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of recent cardiac and/or pulmonary nursing experience. Additionally, the successful candidate must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Dakota and be proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive care to cardiac and pulmonary patients in line with professional standards and guidelines.
2. Utilize Electronic Medical Records to document patient care and other related information.
3. Perform physical assessments and diagnostic tests as indicated.
4. Monitor patient progress and follow up on any changes in condition.
5. Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.
6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to establish treatment plans.
7. Participate in research activities and other quality improvement initiatives.
8. Maintain current knowledge of new developments in cardiac and pulmonary care.
9. Remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
