Radiology Technologist

We’re looking for an experienced Radiology Technologist to join the team at CHI St. Alexius Health. You will also need to possess the following qualifications: minimum graduation from an accredited program in Radiology Technology, certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and licensed by the North Dakota Department of Health. Responsibilities:

1. Perform all diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with standards set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
2. Prepare patients for radiologic exams and explain the procedure to them.
3. Operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
4. Utilize radiologic information systems as required.
5. Maintain patient records and files.
6. Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
7. Follow all safety and radiation protection protocols.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
10. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best patient care.
