This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our Physical Therapists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They should also be detail-oriented and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Physical Therapists with patient care and rehabilitation treatments.
  2. Set up and organize equipment for therapy sessions.
  3. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
  4. Follow established protocol for patient care and safety.
  5. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating with insurance companies.
  6. Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their therapy sessions.
  7. Act as a liaison between Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the Physical Therapist.
  9. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in the physical therapy field.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota.
