Physical Therapy Aide

At CHI St. Alexius Health, we are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide who is passionate about helping others and who can work with our physical therapists to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate for this role is an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who is eager to learn and is a team player.The Physical Therapy Aide will assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients and will be responsible for performing various duties including exercise instruction, patient monitoring, and therapeutic activities. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED; experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physical therapy; current certification in basic life support; and a valid driver’s license.
