
Phlebotomist
CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an experienced and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and adhering to strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Draw blood from patients accurately and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
- Label and store blood samples in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients on the phlebotomy process and answer any questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Restock phlebotomy supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Interact with other healthcare professionals in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Support other medical team members as needed.
Current Bls Certification
High School Diploma Or Ged
