1. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during their hospital stay.
2. Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.
3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards patients, their families, and healthcare staff.
4. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff, addressing any concerns or needs.
5. Assist with daily tasks such as meal delivery, transporting patients, and running errands.
6. Monitor and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional well-being to healthcare staff.
7. Engage in conversation and activities with patients to improve their overall experience.
8. Respect and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
9. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
10. Attend training and educational programs to enhance patient care skills and knowledge.
11. Display a strong commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
13. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and activities performed.
14. Assist with discharge planning and ensure patients have necessary resources upon leaving the hospital.
