1. Assist experienced nurses in providing exceptional patient care through various tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining patient hygiene.
2. Participate in patient rounds and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
3. Learn and follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
4. Develop clinical skills through hands-on experience and guidance from experienced nurses.
5. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure smooth and efficient care coordination.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
