In this role, you will be tasked with providing nursing care and support to our Telemetry patients.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must have completed a Nurse Assistant program approved by the state. A valid CNA license is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience working on a Telemetry unit and have a strong knowledge of Telemetry concepts and procedures.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing quality care and who is a team player. Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care and support to Telemetry patients.
2. Assist with the implementation of Telemetry protocols and procedures.
3. Monitor patient's vital signs and other relevant data.
4. Provide assistance with patient assessments.
5. Document patient care in accordance with standards.
6. Assist with patient transports and transfers.
7. Participate in patient education and other educational activities.
8. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
9. Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
10. Adhere to all CHI St. Alexius Health policies and procedures.
