Job Description

CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Assistant Telemetry to join our team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for an individual who is eager to provide excellent patient care and create a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Nurse Assistant and possess the qualifications listed below. Our Nurse Assistant Telemetry will be an integral part of our hospital and will be expected to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. Required Qualifications:• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification• Previous experience in a hospital setting• Ability to work well in a team environment• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Compassionate and caring demeanor with all patients• Ability to follow established protocols and procedures

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional patient care to all patients and their families.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures.
  3. Maintain a compassionate and caring demeanor with all patients.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  5. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and progress.
  6. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
  7. Document patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies.
  8. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
  9. Respond promptly to patient’s inquiries and requests.
  10. Assist with other duties as needed.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota.
