Mental Health Technician

A successful candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, including a minimum of one year of experience in a mental health care setting and a valid certification as a Mental Health Technician. Responsibilities:

1. Assess the mental health and emotional needs of patients.
2. Provide support and treatment services to patients with mental health and emotional issues.
3. Ensure that patients receive the highest quality care in a respectful and professional manner.
4. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
5. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
6. Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
7. Keep up-to-date records of patient care and progress.
8. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions.
9. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients.
10. Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
