Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care and treatment to patients dealing with mental health issues
2. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in times of crisis
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans
4. Ensure patient safety through proper use of safety measures
5. Utilize active listening skills to create a supportive environment for patients
6. Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
7. Monitor patient behavior and progress
8. Document patient care and progress evaluations
9. Educate patients and families about mental health resources
10. Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid
