1. Provide quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Department.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide instructions for self-care and management.
6. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
