- Provide quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Department.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide instructions for self-care and management.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.
- Promote a positive work environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and showing respect and professionalism at all times.

Current Lpn License In The State Of North Dakota
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting
Certification In Medical-Surgical Nursing (Cmsrn) Preferred
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems, Such As Epic
