
Inventory Coordinator
CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory control and management. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate tracking and control of all physical goods and supplies. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be capable of working independently and have a strong sense of responsibility when dealing with confidential material. Qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Inventory/Supply Chain Management or related field• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory and supply chain management principles• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Previous experience in inventory and cycle count management• Effective problem-solving and communication skills• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team• High degree of accuracy and attention to detailIf you have a passion for excellence and are committed to ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, this is the right job for you!
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track inventory levels, and adjust as needed to meet customer demand • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Analyze and review inventory levels and ordering patterns to identify areas of improvement • Coordinate and perform cycle counting activities and maintain accurate records • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting routine physical counts and investigating discrepancies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supplies are ordered in a timely manner • Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer service and cost objectives • Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure adequate supply is available • Assist in resolving inventory issues and discrepancies • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies • Utilize software and systems to improve inventory control processes • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to optimize shelf life and sales opportunities
