HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with management and staff to ensure that the organization’s human resources objectives are met.
2. Provide guidance and advice to managers on all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary action.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
4. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and disputes.
6. Utilize analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
8. Facilitate the performance management process.
9. Develop and manage training programs for staff.
10. Participate in recruitment activities, such as interviewing and selection.
