
HR Business Partner
CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team! As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing human resources strategies that support our organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible for providing a full range of HR services to our clients, which includes developing and executing people strategies, providing guidance, and coaching and counseling.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a healthcare setting. You must also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to be able to work independently, remain organized and set priorities to meet deadlines. The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota. The system is comprised of a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services.
