Job Description

CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team and support the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for helping others, a strong understanding of HR principles, and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization. The HR Business Partner will need to have a strong commitment to fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration, while also driving organizational growth and success. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources• Proven ability to provide HR advice and guidance to all levels of the organization• Knowledge of HR best practices and laws• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR advice and guidance to all levels of the organization.
  2. Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration.
  3. Drive organizational growth and success.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.
  5. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all HR best practices and laws.
  7. Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance.
  8. Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement.
  9. Create and update HR policies and procedures.
  10. Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  12. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

About CHI St. Alexius Health

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota. The system is comprised of a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health also manages five CAHs in North Dakota which are located in the communities of Ashley, Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics in Mobridge, SD.
