General Surgery RN

CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our General Surgery team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and quality outcomes. We are seeking a professional who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.The General Surgery RN will provide patient care and support in the surgical unit. Responsibilities include preparing for and assisting in a variety of procedures, providing pre- and post-operative care, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring that the nursing staff is well informed and equipped with the necessary resources.The successful candidate will possess a valid license as a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the surgical setting. Previous experience in acute care or an operating room setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of clinical best practices, standards of care, and infection control protocols is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care and support in the surgical unit.
