Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health! As a valued member of our team, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality, patient-focused care to a wide range of patients.To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Nurse Practitioner license and at least two years of experience in a Family Medicine setting. You must also possess excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care. Knowledge of primary care clinical guidelines and national patient safety initiatives is essential. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. You must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
