The Dietary Aide will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing excellent service to our patients and their families.The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must possess excellent communication skills to assist in meal preparation and distribution. A basic knowledge of food service operations and techniques is preferred. Responsibilities: • Prepare and distribute meals for patients and their families • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen • Ensure the food service operations are running smoothly • Follow established food safety guidelines • Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families • Follow all departmental policies and procedures • Monitor food temperatures and check expiration dates • Assist in the preparation of special diets and meals according to individual needs • Work effectively as a team player and independently • Communicate effectively with other staff members • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
