- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.
- Administer life-saving dialysis treatment to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and managing dialysis equipment.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assess and document patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during dialysis treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with dialysis techniques and standards of care.
- Adhere to CHI St. Alexius Health's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of job performance.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and overall quality of care.
Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bls And Acls Certifications.
Active Rn License In The State Of North Dakota Or Eligibility To Obtain One.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Acute Care Setting, Preferably In Dialysis Or Nephrology.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients With Complex Medical Needs.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota.
