1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.
2. Administer life-saving dialysis treatment to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and managing dialysis equipment.
3. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
4. Assess and document patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
5. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
6. Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during dialysis treatments.
