CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an experienced Dialysis RN to join our team. We are searching for an individual with a passion for patient care and a dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and clinical skills.The successful candidate will have prior experience in acute dialysis care, as well as a current RN license and BLS certification. They will need to be knowledgeable in dialysis principles, equipment, and procedures, and possess the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Dialysis RN include:
- Administering acute dialysis care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educating patients and their families about dialysis treatments and protocols.
- Providing in-service training and counseling to other staff members.
- Assessing patient responses to dialysis treatments and making appropriate adjustments.
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to any changes in condition.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to in accordance with facility standards.
- Keeping abreast of new developments and advancements in dialysis treatments.
•Current Rn Licensure In North Dakota
