Active Cna Certification: Applicants Must Possess A Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Program.
Prior Experience: Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
