Job Description

CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinic Services Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional healthcare to the people of Bismarck. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent customer service and communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the clinic staff and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. The ability to work well with others and maintain a professional attitude is also necessary. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the clinic staff, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
  3. Greet patients upon arrival and provide support throughout their visit.
  4. Ensure that all necessary paperwork has been completed and filed correctly.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  6. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
  7. Collaborate with other clinic personnel and staff to provide the best possible care.
  8. Follow all safety and security protocols.
  9. Assist with additional duties as assigned.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota.
