Clinic Services Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and check in clinic patients, answer inquiries, and provide customer service.
2. Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding appointment confirmations.
3. Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry of patient records.
4. Collect and process payments for services.
5. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
6. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
7. Provide guidance to patients regarding insurance coverage.
8. Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with services received.
9. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
10. Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the clinic.
